I apologise if there has been a mix-up or lost item. Please raise this sort of issue on a Trouble Ticket. Your UPS advice should have indicated the number of units in transit. Please include a copy of the shipping advice on the trouble ticket. Please note I have deleted your other threads which state exactly the same thing. We will deal with this and other service issues through the propr place, which is the Trouble Ticket system at My Emotiv => Support You will find we respond very quickly and positively most of the time. A public forum is not the right place to talk about delivery and support issues unless they are commonplace or of general interest to our community. I am not dismissing your problem - but we would prefer to deal with the issue properly before it gets plastered all over the public space. Thanks Geoff |
