Emotiv is delighted to announce the EPOC has been granted a prestigious RedDot Design award, and has been shortlisted for the Australian Design Awards.

Red Dot is an prestigious European award scheme recognising excellence in design for products from all over the world. The notification letter contained the following:

"I am delighted to inform you with this letter that you are among the
winners of this year’s “red dot award: product design”. Congratulations
on this special recognition, also on behalf of the jury!
It is no secret how sough-after the “red dot” quality label is worldwide:
this year approximately 1,636 companies from 57 countries have taken
part with a total of 4,252 entries and have presented the internationally
renowned expert jury with a difficult task. In the end, only the very best
from the field of the top-class participants were selected."

The "Australian Design Award" is the principal prodcut design recognition scheme in Australia and is open to products from all over the world. Emotiv EPOC was selected in a shortlist of 170 from over 1500 products submitted. Finalists will be announced later this week.
