Responsibilities:
Sales Generation: Proactively identify and develop new leads through various channels, including cold calling, emails, networking, and referrals.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients to understand their needs and effectively communicate the value proposition of our EEG technology solutions.
Product Knowledge: Demonstrate a deep understanding of our product offerings, stay updated on industry trends, and articulate technical features and benefits to potential customers.
Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, including preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring smooth transitions to the implementation team.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing initiatives, provide feedback on customer needs, and contribute to the development of sales collateral and promotional materials.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline development, and customer interactions using CRM software.
Qualifications:
Proven inside sales experience: 5 years and above.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record in inside sales, preferably in the medical device or technology industry.
Strong English communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Hubspot software and Google Suite.
Familiarity with neuroscience, EEG technology, or related fields is highly desirable.
