The gold back from my EPOC+ sensor fell off. What do I do?
The sensor is actually not broken. They are meant to come apart like this to be cleaned. Reassemble with the dome side of the plate to the bottom, then push the felt in from the other side. The best way to squish the two parts together is to clip the sensor into a socket on the headset (this holds the metal plate in place solidly) then gently press the felt pad into the holder until it bottoms out. You’re ready to go!
